Real Estate septic system inspection Services.

If you are thinking of buying a home with a septic system,  it is always a good idea to get the system inspected by a professional.  The little bit of money you spend up front could save you thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses down the road.  A simple inspection can reveal problems with the tank and drain field.  During the inspection we will look for signs of backups in the tank, decay of the tank, improper installation, presence of tree roots,  location of septic tank, access to the tank,  And determine if the system appears to be functioning properly.

  1. Can you tell me the cost of a septic/well inspection for a real estate transaction?. How soon can one be done? we were just informed of this requirement by the bank and we are supposed to go to closing next week? The home is in the 12th filing of Glacier View in Livermore.

  2. A basic septic inspection includes pumping out the septic tank, and completing the county checklist. All Pro Septic does not charge extra for the county checklist. The current cost to pump a 1000 gallon septic tank in GVM 12th filling would be $350.00 If we would need to locate and dig up the lids there would be additional charges.
